It provides training in first aid, CPR, choking, and using an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively. Additionally you will learn how to respond to common childhood illnesses and injuries such as bleeding, burns, allergic reactions, breathing problems, shock, seizures, head or spinal injuries, and drowning. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a course completion eCard, valid for two years.
